The Founders

Pastor Merv Earhart and his wife Ruth have been married since 1956 and have raised 5 children.  Merv felt the call to ministry shortly after his conversion in 1965  and began to study intensely in preparation.  The Lord spoke and confirmed His word for  Merv and Ruth to pioneer the Good News Christian Centre in 1976, a church now with a present attendence of two hundred members.  Merv served as a Senior Pastor throughout the first 26 years.

Merv travels and speaks at churches and conventions throughout the USA and Canada.
